With a scientific background, Tifenn Perrot is an engineer holding a Master’s degree in Formulation Chemistry as well as a Master’s in Toxicology and Ecotoxicology. Throughout her career, she has developed cross-sector regulatory expertise in areas including human cosmetics, chemicals, biocides, and animal feed.
She is now a partner at the consulting firm ALL4FEED, specialized in animal health and nutrition, and brings over 15 years of experience in the field. She supports companies across Europe and internationally in ensuring regulatory compliance for their animal feed and care products, registering additives with the European Commission, preparing claim dossiers, and providing strategic advice on complex regulatory issues.

Jeanne Clot
Healthcare Market Manager
Graduated from EDHEC Business School, Jeanne Clot has a strong background in marketing and management, with a particular focus on the beauty and personal care sectors.
She has developed extensive experience in marketing and project management, gaining both operational and strategic insights. She notably contributed to the rollout of marketing campaigns and commercial tools at Laboratoires Filorga.
She then progressed to project management roles, eventually becoming Healthcare Market Manager (Personal Care) at ANJAC Health & Beauty. In this role, she oversees the personal care, family care, and pet care categories, supporting brands in project development by combining market insight, product innovation, and operational expertise.

Fei Xu
Market Intelligence Director
With over 17 years of experience analyzing the beauty market trends in China, Fei Xu has held the position of Market Intelligence Director at Asia Cosme Lab since 2009. He supports brands in understanding Asian consumers and identifying growth opportunities, with particular expertise in the Chinese market.
Specializing in product innovation, consumer insights, and strategic marketing, he helps companies refine their positioning and develop strategies adapted to a constantly evolving market.
A graduate of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and ESCP Europe, Fei Xu is trilingual in Chinese, French, and English.

Alexandra Pauly
Founder
Alexandra Pauly is the founder of Biche and an award-winning beauty editor with more than 5 years of experience building digital media brands. Most recently, she was the Founding Beauty Editor at Highsnobiety. There, she launched the publication’s beauty vertical, which generated over $1M in revenue in six months and partnered with brands including Estée Lauder, NARS, and Balmain. Known in the industry and on social media as a beauty and fragrance expert, she has been hired by brands like MERIT and Zalando, and has appeared on expert panels and programs. And of course, she’s obsessed with her dog, Cam.

Florian Gautier

Florian Gautier is a toxicologist and Cosmetics Market Manager at CEHTRA. His diverse experience has enabled him to develop expertise in various international regulations related to cosmetic products, as well as in related sectors such as biocides, toys, and general chemicals (CLP products).

Janine Bottomley
Director
Janine gained her Masters degree in Applied Toxicology from the University of Surrey in 1999, during her 10 year role as a toxicologist working for a European manufacturer of contract manufactured and private label products for the household and cosmetics markets. Subsequently Janine worked as a consultant and safety assessor across cosmetics, household and pet care products before establishing her own consultancy in 2023.
Janine has worked with trade associations contributing to industry discussions and responses to government on new and existing legislation affecting product safety including issues such as indoor air quality, adverse reactions, alternatives to animal testing and product reclassification.
Janine’s role at Consumer Safe covers all aspects of non-food and non-drug regulatory compliance. She offers a Responsible Person service for cosmetics sold in the EU and UK, cosmetic product safety reports, toxicological risk assessments for household products, air care and her favorite area, species and breed specific assessments of pet care cosmetics and accessories.

Coralie Alonso
Innovation consultant
Coralie founded Coralie Alonso Consulting in 2025 to meet the growing demand for support in validating and leveraging innovation. With over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, she helps companies transform product ideas into commercial successes.
A trained physico-chemist, Coralie earned her PhD in France at the Université Grenoble Alpes. She began her career as a researcher, spending five years at the Weizmann Institute in Israel and at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
In 2004, she joined Unilever in the United Kingdom, where she held various innovation roles for over 13 years across home care, hair care, oral care, and fragrance technologies.
In 2018, Coralie joined Ashland in the Netherlands, leading R&D teams and helping the company tackle green transition challenges by commercializing innovative and sustainable ingredients.
Since 2025, Coralie Alonso has been applying her expertise to drive innovation in the cosmetics sector as an independent consultant.

Catherine Apolinario

Veterinarian Florence Desachy quickly developed an interest in exotic pets — animals that are “not exactly new, but newly cared for.” Their physiology and needs, often unknown to their owners, frequently led to health issues stemming from this lack of information. The human-animal relationship and providing guidance have always been her passion, which she has pursued through writing books published by Éditions De Vecchi, Medcom, and Ulmer, as well as by developing training programs for professionals in the animal care sector.

Chloé Vincent

Chloé Vincent is the founder of the French marketplace GreenPattes, dedicated to organic, natural, and eco-responsible products for pets. Holding a Master’s degree in Digital Strategy, she created the platform driven by a deep sensitivity toward animals and a desire to promote more responsible and transparent consumption for them.
Guided by this commitment, she is also developing her own range of pet food supplements in collaboration with a French laboratory, designed to improve animals’ daily well-being by combining high formulation standards with a strong understanding of market expectations.

Marie Orard
R&D and Governance Director
Marie Orard is the R&D and Governance Director at Pôle Hippolia. An agricultural engineer by training, she has developed her knowledge and focused her expertise on animal health. In France and abroad, she has been involved in several research and development projects in animal sciences.
After earning a PhD in equine sciences on horse asthma, she joined Pôle Hippolia in 2018 to develop collaborative research projects between private companies and the academic sector. Drawing on her experience and network, she supports numerous projects in the equine industry and fosters interactions among stakeholders. Today, as R&D Director, she provides a global vision for research and training to develop large-scale projects of interest to the equine sector.

Lucille Oliger

Trained as a pharmacist, Lucille Obliger completed her studies with a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering before specializing in quality and regulatory affairs for cosmetic products. She worked as a regulatory and quality consultant, undertaking projects related to safety assessment, production, outsourcing, and audits of good manufacturing practices. She also served as an auditor for major companies, verifying that their subcontractors complied with regulatory requirements and internal specifications.
Passionate about animals from an early age, Lucille Obliger grew up in a family of horse enthusiasts and became a skilled rider herself. Animal welfare has always been a priority for her. She naturally combined her scientific expertise with this commitment by founding L.AB.O, a company specializing in the development and manufacture of animal care products, particularly for horses.

Corinne Rodriguez

With over 26 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Corinne Rodriguez has developed extensive expertise in human dermatology. Her collaboration with major players in the veterinary industry has allowed her to expand her knowledge to canine dermatology. She is passionate about skin science.

Dora Flament and Benjamin Seiler are both horse owners and passionate about equine nutrition. They hold engineering degrees in animal nutrition.

Lisa Bäumer
Founder and CEO
Dr. habil. Lisa Bäumer is a microbiologist and entrepreneur with a strong focus on host–pathogen interactions and microbiome science. Since December 2025, she has been the Founder and CEO of Molecularis GmbH (Germany), where she combines scientific expertise with innovation-driven product development.
From 2019 to 2024, she served as Head of Laboratory and R&D Manager at MyMicrobiome AG and its laboratory in Erlangen, Germany. In this role, she established and built the laboratory infrastructure and played a key role in developing and implementing the test standards that became foundational to MyMicrobiome’s analytical and certification framework at the interface of microbiology, skin biology, and applied microbiome science.
She completed her habilitation in Microbiology at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen–Nürnberg (FAU) in 2021 and has been a Private Lecturer (PD) for Microbiology at FAU since then. Her habilitation research focused on virulence-related interactions between the resurgent pathogen Corynebacterium diphtheriae and host cells and was honored with the Emmy Noether Habilitation Prize.
Previously, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Professorship for Microbiology (FAU) and earned her doctorate at the Chair of Microbiology (FAU), graduating summa cum laude and receiving the Staedler Foundation Prize for her work on the interaction of Corynebacterium diphtheriae with host cells.

Luciano Fagliari

Luciano Fagliari is a Brazilian executive and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in strategic and operational leadership, recognized for his ability to deliver results while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, employees, and clients.
He graduated in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of São Paulo (1984) and furthered his education with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration at Fundação Getulio Vargas (2000) and a Direction Management program at IESE Business School (2008, São Paulo and Barcelona).
Throughout his career, Luciano has been a pioneer of innovation in the Brazilian cosmetics market, developing companies at the forefront of the specialty ingredients and personal care industry. He founded several companies, including Pharmacia Milleniun (1985), Galena Química & Farmacêutica (1987), Cosmotec Especialidades Cosméticas (1998), and Pet Society Produtos para Animais Ltda (2004).

As the founder, Marly Fagliari played a pivotal role in the creation and development of the company, transforming it into an organization recognized internationally for its quality, innovation, and scientific standards.
She has been instrumental in establishing operational excellence and designing high-performance products used and trusted by veterinarians and grooming professionals worldwide. Her leadership has significantly strengthened Pet Society’s global reputation.
Marly is also committed to promoting the professionalization of grooming, supporting education and helping raise standards in skin and coat care for animals on an international scale.

Élodie François
Scientific director
Holder of a professional Master’s degree in Health Product Development and Control, with a specialization in Health Engineering, Elodie François joined Pharmanager Development, a scientific and regulatory consulting firm, in 2007. She is now the company’s Scientific Director, leading a team of consultants supporting clients in ensuring the compliance of their products (animal feed, cosmetics, herbal medicines, novel ingredients, etc.) from both a regulatory and scientific perspective.
Scientific rigor, strong analytical skills, and thorough regulatory monitoring are her key strengths in successfully carrying out client projects.

Céline Pozza
Scientific and regulatory project officer
Graduating in 2013 with a Master’s degree in “Toxicological Risk Analysis for the Consumer” from the University of Western Brittany, Céline Pozza immediately joined the scientific team at Pharmanager Development as a scientific and regulatory project officer.
Since then, she has applied her expertise in toxicology and consumer safety across various sectors, including human food, cosmetics, as well as biocides, detergents, and animal hygiene products.
Building on her scientific and regulatory skills, she works on a range of products, primarily intended for oral or topical use, for both humans and animals. Her work includes navigating cross-sector regulations, notably REACH, CLP, and general product safety, to ensure compliant and safe market placement—particularly for animal hygiene products.

Nicolas Amalric

Doctor of Pharmacy and graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Toulouse, Nicolas Amalric also holds a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Drug Control from Paris XI University (Châtenay-Malabry). He brings over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
He began his career in analytical development and quality environments before expanding his responsibilities to operational leadership and international business development roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
In 2005, he co-founded Synelvia, a company specialized in biomarker research and identification, where he served as President and scientific leader.
Since 2019, Nicolas Amalric has been part of QIMA Bioalternatives. Now Managing Director, he leads the company’s scientific and operational strategy, supporting the development of innovative and rigorous solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and biotechnology industries.

Karine Queguiner
Head of R&D, Innovation & Regulatory
Karine Queguiner graduated from the University of Nantes with a degree in Cosmetics. She is the Head of R&D, Innovation & Regulatory at Roval, a CDMO specializing in hygiene and cosmetic products within the Anjac Group. She has over 20 years of experience in formulation, with recognized expertise in adult, baby, and sensitive skin care, as well as in skincare and haircare.

Christelle Demongeot-Navarro
President
Dr. Christelle Demongeot-Navarro, a veterinarian holding a CES in Veterinary Dermatology, has over 17 years of strategic experience within international veterinary laboratories, including leaders in animal dermatology. She has actively contributed to the creation, development, and international launch of innovative skincare ranges and veterinary medicines.
A committed scientist, she has overseen over one hundred clinical trials and is co-author of more than 30 scientific articles and 80 abstracts presented at international conferences. Currently pursuing a Master 2 Executive Director at ESSEC, she combines strategic vision with operational excellence.
Through her company Sarasvet, she now supports animal health brands in marketing, medical support (expert boards, clinical trials, publications), and communication, always in compliance with scientific data and regulations. By designing evidence-based strategies and leveraging innovation for animal care, she champions animal welfare, strengthens the bond with their owners, and promotes sustainability, with the goal of creating a positive impact across the veterinary sector.

Emilie Grangeon

Born in Provence, Emilie Grangeon grew up within her family business, which very early on instilled in her a passion for entrepreneurship, manufacturing, and product excellence. A graduate of IPAG Business School in 2003, she began her career in the fragrance and cosmetics distribution sector before joining the family business in 2005 to develop its commercial activities.
Driven by a desire to combine business vision with technical expertise, she returned to her studies alongside her professional activity and obtained a part-time BTS in Chemistry in 2010, followed by a Certificate in Toxicology and Cosmetic Ingredient Safety from the Faculty of Pharmacy in Marseille.
This dual background enabled her to create the company’s integrated cosmetics laboratory in 2015, dedicated to innovation, formulation, and brand support. She became the company’s director in 2020 and acquired full ownership of the family business in 2022.
Convinced that formulation expertise could also serve animal welfare, she initiated in 2024 the development of innovations dedicated to animal care: natural, useful, and respectful products grounded in ethics, naturalness, and genuine concern for animal well-being.
Today, Emilie Grangeon leads La Savonnerie des Alpilles with the conviction that the industry of the future must combine performance, meaning, and responsibility.

Marine Pasquier is Pet Care Market Manager at Seppic. With three years of experience within the company, she brings both scientific and marketing expertise to the animal wellness industry.

He holds the BEES 1 in Riding (State Diploma for Equestrian Instructors), as well as CAP, BEP, and BT qualifications, giving him the technical skills to work professionally with horses while ensuring their well-being.
With many years of experience in the equine sector, Fabrice has worked in France, England, and New Zealand, developing recognized expertise and in-depth knowledge in horse care and training.
