Sara Grace Newhall, an entrepreneur originally from Minneapolis and now based in France, launched Pooey Mu on August 1st, a brand of natural care products for dogs. The idea came from her dog Pooey, a Goldendoodle who accompanied her for more than ten years, both at the office and on outdoor adventures.

When her dog developed recurring skin issues, she began creating formulas based on essential oils, drawing on her 25+ years of experience as a yoga teacher, where she often used oils to support well-being. After Pooey passed away in 2020, she deepened her knowledge in natural formulation and collaborated with a French laboratory.

A range focused on natural and safe ingredients
Pooey Mu products are designed with:
99% plant-based, vegan ingredients,
pure therapeutic-grade essential oils, safely diluted for dogs and puppies,
no sulfates, no artificial colorants, no petrochemicals,
COSMOS-approved preservatives to ensure stability and safety.

Local roots and a distinct identity
The brand highlights ingredients from Corsican flora, such as immortelle and wild carrot, and promotes an approach called Canine Essentiology™, which combines botanicals with care adapted to animals.
Produced in small batches in France, Pooey Mu offers a natural and responsible alternative for maintaining dogs’ skin and coat health.
